Auctioneer’s Note:

This online-only land auction consists of 1,565 deeded acres
of fantastic farmland being sold as nine parcels.
The parcels contain a total of 1,490.93 FSA cropland acres.

This sale consists of some of Towner County’s best cropland with
Parcels 1-3 contiguous and Parcels 4-7 contiguous.

 

Auction Terms:

*Property will be sold as nine (9) parcels.

*Sellers to pay the 2023 real estate taxes at close.

*Buyers will be responsible for the 2024 real estate taxes.

*Sellers warrant there are no cash rent contracts for the 2024 cropping season.

*Any owned surface & subsurface mineral rights will transfer to the buyer(s).

*Cash at close, 45 days from signing of purchase agreement.

* 10% earnest money due sale day.

bids are placed within the five-minute time frame.
