This land auction consists of 640 deeded acres selling as five parcels. Parcels 1-4 are individual land parcels and Parcel 5 is the 10-acre farmstead.
There are a total of 591.45 FSA cropland acres which includes 190.46 of CRP expiring 9/30/2022. The balance of the cropland acres will be available to farm next spring.
Driving Directions:
To reach Parcels 2-5, travel 1/2 mile north of Cando, ND on Hwy 281. Turn west on 75th St NE and travel 1 mile. Turn north on 66th Ave NE and travel 1 mile. You will be at the southeast corner of Section 12 (Parcel 3). Continue traveling 1/2 mile west on 76th St NE to reach the farmstead (Parcel 5) and Parcels 2 & 4.
To reach Parcel 1, go back to 75th St NE and travel 1 mile west. You’ll be at the southeast corner of Section 14.

*The farmstead will be surveyed out of Section 13 at the seller’s expense after the auction.
*The 2021 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller.
*The 2022 real estate taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility.
